Realise Futures

Realise Futures is a social enterprise where people are at the heart of everything we do.
We work with people with disabilities and/or disadvantages, to realise their potential. We do this through RF WORKS, Learning and Development and Employment services.
We are one of the largest social enterprises in the East of England, employing around 290 people, 41% of whom have a disability.
Success, for us, is measured by the positive impact on the lives of those we support and progress, as well as the profit we generate.

The Polish Community Hub

The Polish Community Hub is a newly

established not for profit organisation run by volunteers.

The aim of the Hub is to bring together the

whole community in a happy and friendly

atmosphere and to showcase our Polish

traditions, history, and culture. It is for the use and benefit of everyone irrespective of age, heritage, or connection to Poland.

We are planning to hold weekly surgeries for Polish nationals including:

benefits advice

Social care advice

Housing advice

Employment law consultancy

Regular activity groups for children, youth, and elderly

Coffee meet ups

Community allotment
